Jacqueline Boynton is an attorney in private practice. The main emphasis of her legal work is with nonprofit corporations including start-ups, governance, 501(c)3 and 501(c)4 affiliated organizations, tax issues, dissolution and community coalitions. She also teaches Nonprofit Law and Organization at the Helen Bader School of Nonprofit Management and a course at the Nonprofit Center on the legal aspects of starting a nonprofit.
She has served on many boards of directors in the Milwaukee area including the Women’s Fund of Greater Milwaukee, Meta House, Wisconsin Judicial Initiative, Nonprofit Center of Greater Milwaukee, Planned Parenthood Advocates of Wisconsin, Citizen Action of Wisconsin and Voces de la Frontera Action.
